- The biggest shocker here was I Try winning, I expected My Love to win that set but will get another chance in the 61 set.
- Outkast, Justin Timberlake and Eminem join Avril Lavigne and Rihanna to win multiple sets (the latter two picking up their first wins in this series.)
- Speaking of Outkast, Ms. Jackson is the first song to win from 2001.
- 2002 ties 2006 for the most winners

Also, "Ms. Jackson" by OutKast absolutely demolishes the #25's by getting 20 votes beating the 16 votes both "Die Young" (by Ke$ha) at the 2010's #85 and "Hey Ya" (from OutKast as well) from the #8's competition
Looks like OutKast be the Adele for the 2000s Best YE threads, possibly guaranteeing a win everytime they appear
What a way to give the first win for my birth year too!

I Try and Hate It or Love It were the two biggest surprises to make this final poll IMO, and each for different reasons.
That said, while I would love to give this one to OutKast again, I think I’ll give Lose Yourself the edge this time.

Super strong set of winners! There's only one song here that I don't care much for, but I do still enjoy the song. I picked "Lose Yourself" because it has a much better chance than "Stronger" to win.
1. "Lose Yourself" 2. "Stronger" 3. "Hate It Or Love It" 4. "Ms. Jackson" 5. "What Goes Around...Comes Around" 6. "All You Wanted" 7. "Without Me"
8. "I Try" 9. "Cry Me A River" (these are both still great)
10. "You Don't Know My Name"

Groovy I'm not sure if this has been addressed, but is "Paparazzi" going to be disqualified from #53 for having won the #64's poll in 2010's?

Love many of these songs here. My standout favorites would be: "Without Me," "All You Wanted," "Ms. Jackson," "I Try," "Stronger," "Lose Yourself" and "Cry Me a River."
Veryy tough vote to figure out here.... but thinking I will still give the win to "Lose Yourself."

I don't know what I'm gonna do with this, I don't think a winners set has ever ended in a tie, I kinda don't want to be the last decision here so I was thinking of restarting the poll with just Ms. Jackson and Lose Yourself and keeping it up until Friday. What do you guys think?

Since Ms. Jackson and Lose Yourself tied with 9 votes, we're now doing a tiebreaker poll, due Friday

Both are great but MS Jackson wins, Lose Yourself while I still like a lot, is very overrated.

- Speaking of Outkast, Ms. Jackson is the first song to win from 2001.
Technically, "Family Affair" was from 2001, but it won the poll for its 2002 year-end position, instead.

I can’t imagine this ending in a tie again but if it did, I’ll just break it this time.
