On the Billboard Hot 100, that is. (subject title limits)
I believe this is correct.
1940s: Ricky Nelson (b. 1940) - Poor Little Fool (August 4, 1958) 1950s: Stevie Wonder (b. 1950) - Fingertips Pt. II (August 10, 1963) 1960s: Culture Club (b. 1961) - Karma Chameleon (February 4, 1984) 1970s: Tiffany (b. 1971) - I Think We're Alone Now (November 7, 1987) 1980s: Hanson (b. 1980) - MMMBop (May 24, 1997) 1990s: Sean Kingston (b. 1990) - Beautiful Girls (August 11, 2007) 2000s: Billie Eilish (b. 2001) - Bad Guy (August 24, 2019)
The lead singer of Culture Club looks like a girl. The 1960s in music happens to be liked by a lot of people (not me), but it took a looooooooong time for a 60s baby to have a #1 song! Just three years later, a 70s baby would have themselves a #1 hit!
But I'm taking into account that lead singer's birth date. Maybe to make it obvious that it's a guy, he decided to name himself Boy George! As for Hanson, I took Isaac Hanson's birth year into account.
Also, as a kid, I thought Sean Kingston and Iyaz were the same person, until I found out their birthdates, which were not the same.

Didn’t Crank That before Beautiful Girls, if so, this should be Soulja Boy instead of Sean Kingston.

The two female leads of the Human League, Joanne Catherall and Susan Ann Sulley, were both born in the early 1960s and they hit number one before Culture Club with "Don't You Want Me" in 1982.

Lots of legacy acts ate up the early 80’s. It took the ever-youthful new wave sound to change things. Of course, teen pop sensations like Tiffany and Debbie Gibson placed emphasis on the age factor. People to tend to forget Debbie wrote, produced and sang on a number of her own hits… impressive for a then 16-18 year old.

As far as I remember, Rihanna and Chris Brown's relationship is getting a May-December relationship issues before despite they only have 1 and half year gap?

You know who I just realized had a #1 hit that was born in the 1960s, much much earlier than The Human League?
Jimmy Osmond of The Osmond with One Bad Apple in 1971!

if we were to include the pre Hot 100 numbers for the 1950's Paul Anka was 16 years old when he reached #1 with Diana in 1957 as he was born in 1941.

The two youngest members of Sylvers were actually the first from the '60s when Boogie Fever hit #1 in 1976.
