The ones that come to mind
Christina Milian: all her singles had charted within the top 10 in the U.K., wheres "Dip It Low" is her only single in the U.S. that made it within the top 5. The others failed to make it in the top 20 in the U.S.
Kat DeLuna: She seemed to have more success in Belgium and France. Most of her singles from her debut did fairly well on the charts there. Apart from "Whine Up", none of the singles from her debut made it on the Billboard chart. Her debut album also failed to make much impact in the U.S. which is sad. Her music was actually good.
I could see why she chose to release her second album only in Belgium and France.

I was gonna say Anastacia is literally the poster child of this, hasn't she been successful pretty much everywhere BUT the US?

When I read the title of this thread, I immediately thought of Anastacia! I remember being shocked when I learned she was American lol Her first 3 eras were so big around the world (especially in Europe and Australia, as well as here in Brazil), while having basically no career in the US... it's really crazy how she never really happened in her home country I think her 3rd album had potential to work in the US. Something like "Sick and Tired" would fit perfectly on American radio at that time... not sure if they even tried

They did try, 'Left Outside Alone' got a second video for the US market but just like her previous two eras the single was a failure to launch and I think the US release got scrapped?

Yeah, she doesn't seem to have much impact in the U.S. I remember the first time I knew about her was "One Day In Your Life" video on Vh1.. After that, I never heard much about her on TV again. Same thing with Kylie.

Anastacia is definitely a great example. She was huge during the first half of the 2000s in Europe, I still regularly hear Sick and Tired, Left Outside Alone, Paid My Dues, I'm Outta Love.
I'd add Nicole Scherzinger / The Pussycat Dolls.
The Pussycat Dolls: 8 top 10s in the UK (two #1s) vs 4 top 10s in the US. Nicole Scherzinger: 7 top 10s in the UK (one #1) vs 1 top 10 in the US.

Escape Clubfrom London England UK UK: No charting hits US: #1 "Wild Wild West" #8 "I'll Be There" #28 "Shake For The Sheik" #44 "Call It Poison" #81 "Walking Through Walls" They might be the only UK band to score a #1 in the US that's NEVER charted in their home country....?

Ditto to everyone in this thread, Anastacia came to mind first.
Scissor Sisters were also huge in the UK initially.

Ava Max is another obvious example for me. Canβt seem to get a ton of success in the US, but has done pretty well in Canada and Europe as of late.

Kaci Battaglia was more popular in UK than in USA and Body Shots was a hit in China
LP is well known in Europe and Lost on You was major hit there but she's unknown in USA

How about Zedd? He's had greater success in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. than in Germany, I think.

Until June had bigger success in Finland, Norway and Greece than in USA. Natasha Bedingfield had bigger success in USA than in UK. Michael Learns To Rock were bigger in Asia than in Denmark.

Jade Villalon (also known as Jade Valerie) is American but had her biggest success in Japan & Korea. In that vein, Jay Park (controversial) is American, but has only seen success once moving into the Korean music market.

Kylie's biggest market is the UK
Apparently after Jessie J flopped she fled to China and is a popular singer there?
