In the CHR show, "I Don't Care", "Bad Habits", "Shape Of You" were played as regular Extras and "Perfect" was played as an "Optional Extra".
In the HAC show, "Bad Habits" was played at #38, "Shape Of You" and "Beautiful People" were played as regular "Extras", and "Perfect" was played as an "Optional Extra".

Premiere staff probably considered that the above may be better than playing the same 4 songs in both shows as Optional Extras.
On top of that, they probably considered it better to show their respect to Ed Sheeran who accepted this unexpected guest hosting as Optional Extra may be opted out based on affiliate station's discretion.

By the way, in the May 28, 2022 show co-hosted by blackbear, they played "hot girl bummer", "Monsters" and "Love It When You Hate Me" as regular "Extras".
