So freaking excited to see the Hunger Games songs are actually a part of this whole venture. I was afraid they wouldn't be.

This is actually quite different from the original. Taylor’s vocals are a lot more prominent compared to the instrumental. I think I prefer the original mastering as I love the instrumental. However, there are some subtle instrumental additions I love in this too that makes me love this one too. The National’s vocals are also now a lot louder than the original. They made really good use of panning too with them, with John Paul in the left ear and Joy in the right! This is especially noticeable in the bridge
Also, this has been listed as a Red track now

Yeah while I love the subtle changes, I kinda wish the instrumental had been more prominent like in the original.

KIIS just played this to kick off the 2pm hour for New Music Friday. Are any other stations doing hourly plays of the new Taylor's Version tracks? If it's an iHeart thing, we could see these show up on the top 50 tomorrow.. especially with Miley dropping off..

This is great! It is better mixed than the original version and sounds nice. It's quite different than the original but it works well.

The production by T Bone Burnett of the original is technically stronger, but I like the vocals in the new version a lot more.
