1.How are Iheartradio DJ's on multiple radio stations?
2.How are they made to sound local?
3. Do they have any say or power in what each radio station plays?
Josh Martinez Maxwell Kayla Ryan Seacrest
And some others are on multiple CHR/Pop radio stations 5 days a week. Some even talk about things you would only know in that city.
Any good info from anybody?

Stations can use something called voice tracks, which are pre-recorded clips of audio that are recorded to play in between songs even when no DJ is live in the studio. For major syndicated shows like Ryan Seacrest, I believe it's the same audio broadcast across all stations that air his show, and they splice in him saying the station name before the clips of his show are played. I'm not familiar with the other three you listed, but it is also possible to have some of the more minor radio shows, or even local DJs pre-record audio clips of their voice to play in between songs, so that they don't have to physically be in the studio. I don't think any of the major syndicated show hosts would have any say in what the station says. The one exception to this would be during Ryan's iHeartRadio top 5, where I believe he picks some of the songs. However, a quirky little thing I've noticed is that Ryan only ever announces the titles to #5, #3 and #1, so my belief is that he picks those three songs, and then the station picks #2 and #4. As for "some even talk about things you would only know in that city," I have not heard this happened so I'm unsure how to answer that question, other than perhaps the DJ did their research while recording their voice tracks? This article has some good information on the topic: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voice-tracking

iHeartMedia owns six stations in Jackson, Mississippi: WHLH, WJDX (AM), WJDX-FM, WMSI, WSFZ and WSTZ.iHeartMedia also owns two translators in Jackson: W251DB (98.1) and W284DT (104.7). Those translators simulcast WSFZ and WJDX (AM), respectively. I think all six stations are (almost) entirely voice-tracked.
- WHLH (95.5 Hallelujah FM): urban gospel
- WJDX (AM620): news, talk; Fox Sports Radio
- WJDX-FM (Real 105.1): contemporary hip-hop
- WMSI (Miss 103): contemporary country
- WSFZ (BIN 98.1): Black Information Network news
- WSTZ (Z106.7): classic rock
