Any artists you know that are like "they made this very great song" and you find it hard to believe that same artist made a song that was very very bad?
Mario is probably the best bet.
He made Let Me Love You and it is apparently known as one of the best songs of 2005.
He also made Break Up and Just A Friend who are known for one of the worst songs of 2009 and 2002.
Any other artists fit this criteria when one single is on the other side of the spectrum compared to others.

This is a pretty broad topic that I feel could fit a lot of artists, since many artists have strong songs but also have weaker stuff.
Pitbull comes to mind, he had a few songs I'd consider classics like Give Me Everything, Feel This Moment, Time of Our Lives, etc. (and Don't Stop the Party/Back in Time are two personal faves that aren't as well liked by the general public, but I love them). However, recently, I have found his output to be really bad and uninspired. He utilized samples quite a bit even back in the day, but I felt they were decently incorporated back then. He has gone from cleverly interpolating samples to songs lazily built around a sample that feel like they're ripping off the original song (i.e. "Freak 54," "Jumpin," etc.).
Baby Bash also comes to mind. "Suga Suga" is a classic, whereas the sexy severe weather puns and overuse of autotune in "Cyclone" are super cringey IMO.

main one that comes to mind for me is chris brown. his 2000s/early 2010s songs are mostly amazing, like forever, run it, with you, international love, ayo, loyal, etc. but then he has stuff like privacy, under the influence, and back to sleep that's just god awful. I'm sure that will apply to a lot of others with him.
