It does but there's one inaccuracy that could be a mistake on Billboard's part, I have Barbie World one spot too low but the point gap is small enough that an extra weeks worth of points being added could affect the result. If a multiplier change is involved, that means that the middle of 2023 (7/22/23 to 10/21/23 possibly) gets a boost to x0.7 which doesn't make much sense considering every other recent multiplier change happens at the start of the year (x0.65 change being an exception but that is Midnights week and close to the year end anyway so its plausible)

Hopefully we get more lists that confirm what 2023 looks like

The Nicki list matches perfectly with x0.7 from Nov 2021 onwards, which is the multi that tanooki had been using from last fall till several days before.

Perhaps Billboard staff hadn't decided to change the multi until recently, and the Taylor list and the Miley list use the latest data and multi while the Nicki list doesn't somehow, since the Nicki article has no explanation of the methodology unlike the other two articles. And I don't think it makes any sense if we have it x0.7 for middle of 2023 and x0.65 for late 2022 & rest of 2023.

Maybe we should just wait for another biggest Hot 100 hits article that has a clear explanation of the inverse point system and which date it is up to...
