Surprised there is no thread for this. Released as the second single (4th internationally) from her debut "Gotta Tell You" in 2001. It was also featured on the Legally Blonde soundtrack. 

Peaked at #20 on the Billboard Singles Sales chart.

I think I remember her singing it live at a concert shown on the Disney Channel once. She had also sang this song on Nickelodeon's "All That".

So underrated. Wish it had been more successful. I still condsider it one of the signature songs of 2001.
