I'm not loving this initially. I'm hoping it grows on me over time, as I like the majority of their output.

This is kinda meh as a lead single. I would rather root for the collab with Caroline Jones.

I mean, given their late-2010s output, I've certainly heard them do far worse. But for another beachy summer song by them, this feels oddly lacking and lethargic, and not even in a nice, relaxing way.

Yeah this is really underwhelming. For a beach type song it’s really vanilla. Expect more from this band.

Zac Brown Band has never been a favorite of mine, but this is just... not good. At all. This sounds like them totally on auto-pilot. Bad song all around.

I was really hoping the inclusion of Caroline Jones would at least make their music sound a little better vocally. Hell have her as a prominent backing vocalist, but alas no such luck. Already heard this song on the radio and it is very underwhelming.

"Million Little Bandaids" >> this autopilot scrap that sounds like something they dug out of the vault from 2013 because they ran out of new ideas.

I figured this would already be falling down or off the MB chart by now.

I figured this would already be falling down or off the MB chart by now. The huge drop will be tomorrow, when the first day of pre-arranged airplay leaves the rolling 7 day total.

Obviously very early to tell, but this one fell really hard after its prearranged airplay debut, more in-line with "Purple Irises" than recent high debuts like "Messed Up As Me" or "American Girl" and ZBB is far from a radio darling these days.

I can imagine this hanging out in the 50s for weeks before taking off.

A tribute to Jimmy Buffett is released today. Not radio single material but the fiddle sounds heavenly here.
