Alright, here they are.
28. Wanna add some of the most disgustingly inappropriate lyrics to your song? All's you have to do is call the featured artist from this 2003 carryover.
27. Another song being lifted onto this list with its unbearable chorus. The title apparently rhymes with "hen".
26. According to Vh1's "Awesomely Bad Songs" program, this song sprouted the easiest dance move of 2004.
25. Overly repetitive club smash that actually sounded decent at first, but could not survive Pop's overkill tactics. Not in my ears, at least.
24. Pop singer with no business making music with a song that's completely meaningless except for the fact that it's apparently about getting a new start.
23. No-name singer/songwriter mimicking her heart out and adding absolutely nothing to the song she's remaking, despite being across genres.
22. This singer/songwriter's first hit was decent (but far from good). This song, her second hit, was awful. This board collectively likes her way too much.
21. A truly obnoxious song by a band whose name is just as bad as the song, considering the type of music they play.
20. The second of two clunkers which precipitated from this singer's self-proclaimed sellout to a songwriting duo that I loathe.
19. Forgettable minor hit by a veteran pop star with minimal talent and a knack for releasing singles that almost all sound the same and are about the exact same subject matter.
18. A totally pointless, short-lived hit which sampled a song by one of my least favorite bands of all time.
17. A third consecutive F released off the latest album of the artist not named Christina Aguilera who thinks that just because she's loud, that it makes her a good singer.
16. The first significant chart action in 5 years for this artist came with this song that may just as well be one of those looping mp3's that record companies like to plant into the Kazaa network.

26. Terror Squad - "Lean Back" (I am not listing the "featured" artists, simply because if they're members of it, it's pointless to do that.) 21. Future Leaders of the World - "Let Me Out" 17. Jessica Simpson - "Angels"

We have correct answers from... 26. Terror Squad - "Lean Back" 21. Future Leaders of the World - "Let Me Out" 17. Jessica Simpson - "Angels" 24. Hilary Duff: "Come Clean" 23. Toby Lightman: "Real Love" 16. Juvenile featuring Soulja Slim: "Slow Motion" BlahBlahBlah can take another shot at "Holidae In", 'cause it's in there somewhere. The two that friday guessed were off, but I have a feeling that if I'd heard the two anymore than a combined one time, they would have.

BlahBlahBlah: 27. Chingy featuring Ludacris and Snoop Dogg: "Holidae In"
halo20: 22. FeFe Dobson - "Everything" 20. Liz Phair - "Extraordinary"
St. Nicholas2.0: 18. Nelly f/ Justin Timberlake "Work It (Remix)"
agon666, "Word Up" is a pretty decent song if you asked me, and I actually just heard "Lose My Breath" for the first time in its entirely earlier today, and it wasn't nearly as bad as I anticipated, so those two were incorrect.
Nick, you were on the right track with #28, but the song you guessed will be in a later round.
chebingeo, "Drop It Like It's Hot" is actually at #4 on my personal chart, and #26 on this list was already revealed to be "Lean Back".
irice22, I'm alright with "Breathe", so don't worry. I believe that was Michelle's sixth hit, rather than second, anyway.
As for the rest of the clues, the only ones remaining are 28 (reserved for Nick), 25, and 19, which I'll update when I get home, and perhaps even reveal the bottom 15's clues.

19. Alicia Keys - If I Ain't Got You eh... I wouldn't call the #3 song of the year on the Hot 100 a "minor hit".

Mega248 nails down #25.
The title of #19 could be used as a measure of time.

^ didn't miss by much. I'll just let BlahBlahBlah keep guessing Janet Jackson songs. I fortunately never heard "All Nite".
Now, for the top 15. I think these are going to be a lot easier due to all the negativity that deserves to be directed in these songs' way.
15. A seventeen year old singer in this song's chorus uses three nouns to describe herself, and somehow they're supposed to back up her claim that her mind's messed up.
14. In my opinion, this artist had a fairly long string of tolerable hits going, until this absolutely horrendous sounding remake came along.
13. Oh, you're not B. 2. K.? Coulda fooled me!
12. A band with one #1 alternative hit under their belts, in their lifelong search for an identity, concocted this garbage that ultimately became a relative flop.
11. For about one week, this song had been the worst remake since "Lady Marmalade".
10. This artist has so many songs that I hate, it becomes difficult to describe each one because they all are awful for basically the same reason.
9. Here's a tip: When you take two pop superstars that really haven't amounted to very much good in their careers, and have them attempt to rectify a karaoke smash, it's probably going to result in a total mess of a song.
8. I have no idea if the song I'm looking for was an official single, but I heard it in three different stores last year so it had to have impacted something. The song not only severs my nerves, but so does its colloquial reference to a famous playwright.
7. A song from late last year that was about to be about female empowerment (and obnoxiously so), until an anonymous rap neutralizes any purpose for even making the song.
6. This song is from a genre that's usually easily avoidable, but isn't this time because of numerous hypocricies, stereotypes that are more convenient than they are accurate, kids screaming an annoying catch phrase (yes, they are kids), and one of the worst fake dialects I've ever heard.
5. An initally bland song from a total farce of a musician just sounded worse and worse as more and more payola poured in.
4. One of the most reliably awful artists around attempt to put their own spin on a handful of seasonal songs with a result that I could not pardon from this list due to all the physical pain its mere existance inflicted upon me. I'd be surprised if a single note from the original songs survived.
3. Seriously, what's this person think she's doing even in a relationship, let alone trying to dictate her way out of one.
2. That overexposure had better set in soon.
1. The most absolutely ponderous idea for a song I've ever witnessed.
