I've only had my chart since August of 2003, but there are so many songs that made a splash on my chart, but didn't really go as far as they should have. Sometimes a song can get lost in the shuffle of so many other great songs, and sometimes you actually grow to adore a song AFTER it has peaked and fallen off your chart. Anyway, here's my list of songs that would've done much better, had they been released right about now: This Love, Maroon 5 (Peaked at #19) >:( Forever And For Always, Shania Twain (Peaked at #11) My Happy Ending, Avril Lavigne (Peaked at #15) Let Me In, Young Buck (Peaked at #19) Low, Kelly Clarkson (Peaked at #14) :( Crazy In Love, Beyonce (Featuring Jay-Z) (Peaked at #5) :o Me, Myself & I, Beyonce (Peaked at #15) If I Ain't Got You, Alicia Keys (Peaked at #11) :'( Karma, Alicia Keys (Peaked at #12) (I charted this too early and gave up on it too quick - then when I started to like it again, it got lost in the mix of many other songs.) California, Phantom Planet (Peaked at #18) Live Like You Were Dying, Tim McGraw (Peaked at #20) (I like this song more than its peak suggests.) What We Do Here, Brian McKnight (Peaked at #20)
Even if only by a few positions, these songs would've had a better peak. I cringe when I look at If I Ain't Got You and Karma's peaks. I don't really know what happened, because I love both songs. It's kind of strange how some songs were so loved, yet they didn't do as well as they should have. I rarely do re-entries on my chart, so once they're gone, they're usually gone.

Soooooo many. Especially in the past year, because I was geographically confused so to speak. I was in Italy for the first 5 months, so I was never sure if I should chart the songs popular there I was hearing all over or the songs from America I was only hearing on my mp3 player. A bunch of songs that were popular in the USA while I was there peaked way too low, as did songs from there that would have peaked after I already came home.
The one that makes me CRINGE is "This Love" by Maroon 5. It peaked at #11 >:( but should have peaked at #1. It feels like I have incomplete chart history for them now.
