Well it’s the first day of spring, and the whether isn’t the only thing that’s getting hotter, the hits are. :)Nobody is hotter than J-Lo who spends another week on top; will she give up the top spot soon? Hard to tell I LOVE THIS SONG and “Get Right” could be No.1 until mid April. :)It looks like Gwen’s “Rich Girl” wont be as popular as “What You Waiting For?” It climbs to No.4 this week, but look for it to loose its bullet soon. We predict it could spend another week or two in the top 5 then fall fast. :( Could Alicia and Eminem reach the top 5? They both gain popularity this week. Even though “Karma” slips one spot I can tell you it will keep on climbing.
Elsewhere look for Frankie J, 3 Doors Down, Brie, and Mariah to be top 10 by mid April, Frankie J maybe next week. We had two debuts this week. Natalie scores our biggest mover soaring 8 notches to 23. I just have to say thank you to Natalie. We haven’t had any ballads hit the pop chart in a long time, and I think “Goin’ Crazy” is what we need in music right now. If she keeps on climbing I think “Goin’ Crazy” will be No.1 by mid April. :)Even though Rob Tomas, Will Smith, and Game are high on R&R’s charts. These artists will be climbing soon on our chart. It’s hard to pick what songs will hit the top when there are so many songs trying to get to the top. But even though these songs are at the bottom half of our chart they will climb soon. What’s the hottest new song out? This week we have to pick two. The first is Gavin DeGraw with the follow up to “I Don’t Want To Be.” He’s back with the title track to his CD “Chariot” I mentioned last week that Usher has a new song out. We just got word the new single is called:”It Is What It Is.” I heard it today, it’s not bad. Look for Usher and Gavin to debut soon.
Just a quick note we put together the 40 biggest one hit wonders of the past 25 years. You can check out the list on our site in a few days. I will give you more info soon. Second, we are changing the look of our chart. We are adding some color to it making it look better. It should be done by next weeks chart. Check it out. Please feel free to check back again for the 40 biggest hits in the USA. Till next week, have a good one.
