I'm With You Rock Your Body
I'm With You didn't even deserve to chart and RYB only deserved to go Top 20.

I'ma have to say 'Rock Your Body'. Of the three singles that Justin had out at that time, I probably would have been more understanding of 'Like I Love You' or the suckfest 'Cry Me A River'.
Nelly is also undeserving of #1. Not because the song is a BAD song but simply because it didn't deserve #1.

I thought Shake Ya Tailfeather was pretty damn catchy actually.
Ignition was terrible. Awful, awful lyrics. R. Kelly has so many other good songs, I'd be ashamed if I were him to have that of all songs to reach #1.
"It's like Murder She Wrote..."
What's like Murder She Wrote and how?
The last song I remember that just had nonsensical rhymes like that was an LFO song.

Christina Aguilera "Beautiful" -the song was actually good, but it was so overated (by certain members) on the R & R boards and i was gonna vomit if i heard about it again ;)

A classic is a classic, what can you do. You can try not talking about it.

I think it would have to be:
"I'm With You" - I didn't think it was as deserving as Complicated, definitely, or even Sk8er Boi....it was good, but not #1 good, I don't think
"Ignition" - This song was pretty good, but not #1 material
"Rock your Body" - This song was not nearly as good as Cry me a River or Like I Love You were. It spent the 2nd highest total at #1 in the whole year 2003???? 5 weeks?? That's almost sad. This song was NOT that good, to even be #1, nevermind #1 for 5 weeks? Damn

Pretty much anything after J-Lo and up until Kelly Clarkson. The exception being 3 Doors Down, but that song is soooo old and my radio station still plays it 60 times a week!! I'm so sick of it, but it was good when it was at #1. "Rock Your Body" was okay for a while but got annoying. I also don't see what the big thing with "Shake Ya Tailfeather" is, I mean it's not that great, definetly didn't deserve #1, only got their because of the artist. The beginning of the year and the end of the year looks to be the best #1's, everything from Spring-Summer pretty much sucked!

Surprised how fast this thread got replies......
Most Deserving: "Bring Me to Life" "Here Without You"
Least Deserving: "I'm With You"/"All I Have" "Shake Ya Tailfeather"
i dont think we've had one comment for "Crazy In Love." I'm surprised it didn't get any strong likes or dislikes.

I noticed that too when I posted. I think the song deserved #1, and it got it, but It wasn't the most spectacular song out there this year.

The reason no one said anything about "Crazy In Love" was because it was the most predictable #1 of the year. I think everyone knew Beyonce would score a hit even if she released "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"

^ lol that's right
Crazy in Love was the predictable #1, definitely
Along with "In Da Club", IMO. After two weeks, you knew that song was going to hit the top, like it or not.

Man, now I have mixed feeling on my decision. "Missing" by Everything But The Girl was remixed, and that's just too good to ignore.....
But it doesn't mean I care. I'll just try to add up the result if no one does.

Well, as I remember from my predict the peaks game on the other boards, barely anyone predicted #1 for BeyoncΓ©> in fact, a lot of people said she wouldn't go to Top 10.

... as far as I'm concerned, you predicted "Twinle, Twinle Little Star" would go to #1. ;)

That's because people here can't predict if their lives depended on it. why would it matter if we always predicted correctly? It would take the fun out of trying to guess! Not like you predict correctly for all the songs

Hmn... now why does all this sound familiar? radiosucks.... wrong predictions... attacking others when their predictions are wrong.... any of this ring a bell for anyone? For me, the bells are ringing so loudly it's like I'm standing right inside the Big Ben when it's 12 noon. (I'm assuming that has a bell, LOL, or my metaphor doesn't work.)

I know what you mean, j, >:( And radiosucks can't predict either! Ahem his wrong predictions for 'Beautiful' and others. At least we attempt at predicting something other than Christina and Pink songs! >:(
