I wouldn't say a song "depresses" me...that word is too strong... I would say that this collection makes me sad because I can relate to them whether its about a death or lover...i feel the way the artist does:
She Will Be Loved - Maroon 5 Here Without You - 3 Doors Down Hold On - Good Charlotte Tears in Heaven - Eric Clapton Grace - Kate Havnevik Comfotable - John Mayer Let Me Love You - Mario Rain - Barefoot Dear Jamie... Sincerely Me - Hellogoodbye Goodbye My Lover - James Blunt Hey There Delilah - Plain White T's

Fergie - London Bridge. The more I hear this, the more it depresses me. It is so depressingly bad! Another one I forgot to mention is Dave Matthews's "Gravedigger". Especially the chorus, it's so depressingly good (to me, anyway).

Juvenile - Back That Ass Up Rofl, dangit I wanted to be the first one to post something like that , well done #1 Because of You - Kelly Clarkson #2 My Immortal - Amy Lee #3 Angel - Sarah McLachlan #4 Here Without You - 3 Doors down #5 Low - Kelly Clarkson #6 What Hurts the Most - Rascal Flatts #7 I Will Remember You - Sarah McLachlan #8 Its Been Awhile - Stained #9 Graduation - Vitamin C (Since it was a hit when I graduated, doesn't really hit me hard now lol..well haven't really heard it since then!) #10 All By Myself - Celine Dion Even though I've switched styles yet remained the same over the years, depending on my environment and situations (Rock from school, totally ignoring AC and majority of Pop , then AC forced at work then to Rock / Pop now purely Pop) My top 10 selection pretty much remains the same. Angel was my all time heart wrencher from like 1999 to mid 2000's before MI. My Immortal was the saddest song from whenever I heard it first (2003? or 4?) till Because of You in late 2005. Basically Kelly Clarkson and Sarah McLachlan can bring down whatever high-happy-mojo I got going on within seconds with those songs EDIT: I think I win the 'Wow totally random' award with Vitamin C ;)
