LOL, this is going to be the most morbid topic ever on pulse, but I was listening to all these depressing songs and LOL, this topic came to mind.
My choice songs are (so far):
-Hide & Seek by Imogen Heap -I Think Its Going To Rain Today by Claudine Longet -Goodbye by The Spice Girls -Home by Michael Buble

I really don't want to have a funeral after I'm gone. But if I did, they'd have to play: "Bridge Over Troubled Water" by Simon & Garfunkel "Gone Too Soon" by Michael Jackson (unless I'm like 100 years old. Then that song would just seem ridiculous!) "They Won't Go When I Go" by Stevie Wonder
Probably a couple others, but I can't think of any right now.

I'd want songs from some of my favorite artists to be played. Not necessarily songs that have a depressing or dark meaning, or even that would have lyrics anywhere near fitting a funeral. I'm a person of music and I'd want to go out with music. I'd want the music to celebrate my life and highlight good, not death. In a sense, I'd want the depressing songs to come first, let them mourn, but I want them to leave the funeral with a happy mind with a song in their head that plays with the memories of me.
So with that, some are fitting, some are far from...this is mainly off the top of my head.
"Clocks," Coldplay "In The End," Linkin Park "Who's To Say," Vanessa Carlton "X&Y," Coldplay "Soul Meets Body," Death Cab for Cutie "We Will Become Silhouettes," The Postal Service "Right Now," Fort Minor "No Woman, No Cry," Bob Marley "Breaking The Habit," Linkin Park
And then play "We Major," (KanYe West) as the people exit.

At my memorial/funeral? Not so sure...Can't think of any, however I really don't want anything depressing, I want something lively & spiritual as well so that others may rejoice.
