Does anyone know how I can get promo cds [not digital] actual ones...for cheap[ish]
I don't want to spend no $10 for 3-5 songs..
I'm looking for popular artists [pink, goo goo dolls, eminem, 50 cent, kelly clarkson, mariah carey...] etc...
I remember a local store of mine one time had promo singles for .99 man i was in heaven!! i got like 15.
I would like to spend no more than $5....

eBay might be your best bet. Stores don't have these.

A lot of used CD stores have those. Or music "fairs" (like a mass garage sale, but for music only)

eBay is your best bet. Sometimes the really rare stuff pops up on there. The other day a "Hilary Duff - Play With Fire" Promo CD featuring all the Vission Mixes + The Instrumental sold for $125.

I bought the "It's Like That" promo for a dollar at a local music store here.

Promo CDs are also labeled as Promotional Material which are shipped by mail to radio stations or their music directors and mixers. They come in small cardboard parcels and usually are shipped by Priority or Express Mail Drop Shipment. It's labeled as Presorted Standard but it's also 'Time Sensitive.' I've seen them from Bad Boy Records in New York and Def Jam Records in Santa Monica.
