MC Lars is a cool cat. Just a white kid making rhymes and beats on his computer. But he attacks real issues and he 'gets it'. I downloaded "Download This Song" (at his request) and "Hot Topic Is Not Punk Rock" a year ago. I like him, he's a cool cat.

MC Lars is a bit of a hypocrite singing "Hot Topic Is Not Punk Rock" with Simple Plan, but I guess those are the people who need to be aware.

I don't have much to say about MC Lars, but he's a cool guy who makes songs unlike pretty much anything else out there. I approve his messages.

LMFAO @ the Skee-Lo references at this song & keeping it "trill".

Holy crap Skee-Lo. "I Wish" is one hip-hop song from 12 years ago that I never am going to get tired of mostly because it was so amusing to listen to as an 11 year old. I bet if I heard it now, I'd just have a smile on my face the whole time. That guy was the man.

Wow, I was hysterically laughing while watching that entire thing. The scary part is that I remember just about every lyric and every second of the video. I can actually really tolerate 90s hip-hop since its so different than the current stuff out. Yes, YouTube rules.

glad to see he's still making moves, not a real big fan but i respect independent artists that manage to form a buzz.
