The city has two AC stations: 94.9 FM and 98.5 FM. However, according to Mediabase (even before the Christmas season), these two stations don't show up as being monitored. Does anyone know any criteria as to how a station gets monitored in a market that does have other monitored stations?

I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.
