Maybe everyone knows but I think her albums are so real and down to earth. She is herself and not overstyled like most american artists. She deserves a nr. 1# because her last album 4 years ago was a little flop, but the songs like 'Smoke' and 'Beauty On The Fire' were great. 'Shiver' will be soon released in the rest of Europe and is already a big succes in Australia. Early predictions say that she will be 1# and let's hope she will sell more than the rivals Basement Jaxx and Mariah Carey. 'Torn' was a big European hit let's hope this album will be too + single. UK Single Chart Peak: Shiver 8#

White Lilies Island debut/peaked at #3 in Australia. It eventually went Gold, but spent only 7 weeks in the top 40.

It's great that all these years after "Torn" she's finally shattering her one-album wonder classification somewhere. Hopefullly it'll have a spillover effect in the US, though I dount it. >:(

So great that she has the #1 UK album this week - I must admit it was a surprise! I wonder how it will go in Australia... it debuts next week. The single hasn't done that well over here so I would be surprised if the album makes the top 10. I hope it does though - it will show that people think of her more as an albums artist than a singles one.
