I voted for "Against All Odds." I love her remake of it, way more than the original. I played it more than any other song on Rainbow. I think her vocals, especially towards the end of the song, are amazing.
I do like all these remakes though. "BOTH" is probably my second favorite, followed by "Endless Love" and "Beautiful Ones."

If you count only her original songs, she'd rank pretty high among my all-time best singers, but all those remakes brings her down. Most of them are ones whose original version was a huge hit. I don't so much mind remakes of obscure songs that never got their due recognition, but her versions were sheer redundancy. I voted for "Bringin' on the Heartbreak because it's different enough from the original (an outstanding classic by Def Leppard), and neither version was played that much.

The Beautiful Ones By Suede?? Didn't Mean To Turn You On NH
The Beautiful Ones was first done by Prince and IDMTTYO was a hit for Robert Palmer in the mid 80's.

What about that song she covered...you know it was by that chick that she use to sing backup for...Brenda K or something like that?
Anyway, that was an awesome song I thought.

"I Still Believe" I couldn't fit it on there were too many Mariah covers to have them all up as options

The Beautiful Ones was first done by Prince and IDMTTYO was a hit for Robert Palmer in the mid 80's. Robert Palmer's "I Didn't Mean To Turn You On" is not the same as Mariah's. He did a pop version. Mariah used the original [and actually used the actual original instrumental that she got from Jimmy & Terry] instrumental from the 1982 Cherrelle version.

Another remake that you have all overlooked, if not a few, was her cover of Theme from Mohogany originally done by Diana Ross. I know that you couldn't make room in the polling list for that one. But thought I give it a write-in.
