I don't consider Vogue a lead single... most people don't consider I'm Breathless an album...

"Borderline", even though it wasn't a first single.

"Borderline", even though it wasn't a first single. Borderline was the first top 40 single...the rest only hit the dance scene before she came famous

I don't consider Vogue a lead single... most people don't consider I'm Breathless an album... I know its a soundtrack, but she on the whole thing, and Vogue was a big song, thats why I counted it

"Like A Prayer", though "Live to Tell" and "Vogue" come very close.

Borderline was the first top 40 single...the rest only hit the dance scene before she came famous Actually "Holiday" peaked at #16 on the Hot 100, followed by "Borderline" (#10) and "Lucky Star" (#4) - These are the Hot 100 positions.

I voted for "Like a Prayer". "Borderline" would be second. I had the impression it was a followup to "Holiday", but I guess I was wrong.
