This'll be mostly produced by Dr Dre. The Game said it'll top "The Documentary". I seriously doubt that. For now, the release date is early 2006, but that could change.

I liked "The Documentary", so I'm looking forward to this. But I agree with Hope for me yet, late 2006 would be better than early 2006.

He's probably one of the VERY few rappers I like. I'm not sure yet.

I like the title, but I doubt they will keep it...something about it sounds odd...
The Doc. was a classic, almost every song was tight...I don't know if he will be able to live up to that, but then again he hasn't totally blown up, he made a big splash but I think he can still be bigger

Game's sophomore LP, The Dr.'s Advocate, will drop June 6, according to the rapper's camp. Dre, Kanye West, Just Blaze, Scott Storch and Timbaland are said to have beats on the LP.
Pretty much the same producers as the 1st album, minus Cool & Dre. I can't wait to hear it, becaue his album was the best rap album of 2005 IMO, totally solid from top to bottom.

I liked his debut quite a bit. Hope this is just as good. I was shocked that he didn't even get nominated for Best Rap Song for "Dreams"...it was clearly the best Rap song last year. Did he even pull in any Grammy nods?! Without 50 Cent, I feel as if he may flop.

Best Rap Performance by a Duo/Group...and I would be surprised if his album wasn't nominated for Best Rap Album, but maybe it wasn't. As far as 50 Cent, I dont think that will matter because Dr. Dre is behind The Game. Dre doesn't really associate himself with flops lol. Usually anything Dre touches turns to gold.

The other nomination he got was for best rap song.
I'm looking forward to this upcoming album of his. Hopefully he won't suffer from any sophomore jinx.

When Game talks about "one blood," he's not talking about plasma. The Compton, California, MC is shouting out his affiliation and letting the world know his new album, The Doctor's Advocate, is coming soon. On Monday, he released his new song, "It's Okay (One Blood)."
The beat incorporates a sample and loop of Junior Reid's reggae classic "One Blood." According to Game's camp, newcomer Reefa produced the track.
"The 'Math gonna drop him, if 50 ain't rockin' with him no more," Game raps, referencing the rumors that he had been dropped from Dr. Dre's Aftermath label in the wake of his beef with 50 Cent.
"Everybody knows I'm the heir to the Aftermath dynasty," he continues, reaffirming his allegiance to the Doc.
Months ago, Game's manager, Jimmy Henchman, said his client would in fact work with Dr. Dre on The Doctor's Advocate, but there has since been no confirmation from Game or Dre about new collaborations (see "Game Working On The Doctor's Advocate With ... You Guessed It ..."). The controversial lyricist has definitely been in the studio with another Dre, though: one-half of Cool & Dre, the duo who produced The Documentary's Grammy-nominated single, "Hate It or Love It."
"We gave him some really hot records," Dre of Cool and Dre said recently in L.A. "We gave him this record with Mary J. Blige. [It's] another soulful record. Mary flipped it. We was in the studio — it was Mary, me and Cool, Game. The record is so beautiful. I believe the Mary song is called 'People.' Then we did a record with him that's so phenomenal that's up for first single status. This record is called 'Stop.'
" 'Stop' is something you never heard before," he continued. "Me and Cool got this really new style. The beat is hard, but melodically, it's new. It's on some 'Twilight Zone' sh--. It [goes,] 'Stop/ When the lights go out and the music go off.' It's crazy. The Game is spitting crazy on it. We actually did three records for his album. We did another one that Nas is on."
The Doctor's Advocate has a November 7 release date, and while "It's Okay (One Blood)" is still considered just a street single — not the proper first single — there are plans in motion to shoot a video for it. There's a Scott Storch-produced cut called "Strip Club" that is being talked about as the official first single, but no plans have been finalized.www.mtv.com/news/articles/1537121/07252006/game_the.jhtml?headlines=trueCan't wait! This is sounding better and better. "One Blood" is great.

The Game On Pace To Sell Between 350,000 and 400,000 Units Posted: 11/15/2006 by: HHNLive.com Barring any unexpected jumps, The Game is on pace to sell between 350,000 and 400,000 copies of his new album "Doctor's Advocate" during its first week in stores. This is far from The Game's much talked about 1 million units sold in one week. "Doctor's Advocate" sold 150,000+ units during its first day in stores. These are speculative numbers and can be affected by sudden increased publicity or additional promotional pushes. The Game will debut at #1 on next week's Billboard charts. www.hhnlive.com/news/more/610

SOHH.com recently caught up with Czar Entertainment CEO Jimmy Rosemond to address rumors that he's being courted by several labels and speak on The Game's first week sales. As previously reported by SOHH, word is spreading that several major labels, including Virgin, Warner Bros Music Group and Sony BMG, have been courting Rosemond to head their urban departments. Under advice from his lawyer, Rosemond would neither confirm nor deny the reports. "Let me tell you, anything is possible if the money is right," Rosemond told SOHH exclusively. "I do very well as an independent company who has no ties with no company. I fight hard for my artists and it would have to be some kind of circumstance that would motivate me to go inside to work for a corporation that had restrictions so on and so forth." Since hitting shelves this past Tuesday (November 14), Game's Doctor's Advocate is on pace to become the highest selling hip-hop album since T.I. dropped earlier this year. After moving 150,000 units on the first day, early reports have the album selling between 400,000 to 450,000 with a shot at selling up to 500,000 in its first week. SOHH asked Rosemond, Game's manager, to comment on those predictions. "We're in a climate where Justin Timberlake did 700 [thousand]. This is a guy who crosses all bounds of genres," Rosemond explained. "You got a guy like Game who predominantly is BET, some MTV2, a little bit of MTV. If we do 500,000 copies. You're talking about 200 [thousand] less than a guy who is a pop icon. We've done very well when you test the climate of where sales are at today. We're part of the elite of selling records right now. "It's phenomenal for this guy to break and to sell these records that he's about to sell," he continued. "We will be No. 1 on the charts next week. For him to do that with all the obstacles that were placed in front of him with 50 [Cent] and with the Dr.Dre, no involvement and all of the naysayers and the doubters who said that this kid would be nothing. I remember a quote from 50 saying that without G-Unit nor Dr. Dre, Game would be a gold artist and we're trying to prove him wrong in the first week." The Game's Doctor's Advocate is in stores now sohh.com/articles/article.php/10269

Nov 18, 12:43 PM EST The Game Charged With Impersonating Cop NEW YORK (AP) -- Police think The Game should stick to rap, not law enforcement.
The rapper was arrested this week after telling a cab driver that he was an undercover police officer and persuading the driver to run a series of red lights, police said Saturday.
The 26-year-old, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, allegedly picked up a livery cab Thursday night shortly after he appeared on "Late Show with David Letterman." The cabbie drove about 13 blocks before he was pulled over, police said.
Taylor faces a charge of impersonating a police officer, said police Sgt. Kevin Hayes. His lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman, denied the accusation Saturday, saying police had been tailing his client throughout his stay in New York and that the cabbie was a terrible driver.
"This is really a new low even for the NYPD," Lichtman said. "It's a big joke to harass him and other members of the hip-hop community, and ultimately arresting him. Let's see how funny they think it is during the cross-examinations of this trial."
The rapper was told to appear in court on Dec. 12, Lichtman said.
A call seeking comment from the Manhattan district attorney's office was not immediately returned Saturday.
