According to some postings at the Robbins message boards, March 4, 2008 could be the earliest the album will be released in the U.S.
The second single in the UK will be "What Do You Want From Me." A video was reportedly made.

Yeah the video is at AATW and youtube and stuff now. Part of the video is a little, erm, disturbing...
Anyway! I can't wait to see what kind of new tracks the US album will have.

Is "Because The Night" a cover? Yes it is. It's a cover of the Patti Smith song.

Well, well, well; here we go again! The ancient game of "Where did I hear that song before?" It's become an ever-predictable theme when it comes to trance cheese. Call me a Johnny-come-lately in this matter, but after hearing the "What Hurts The Most" only twice in January, something told me that I heard that song before, a cross between country and pop, although my memory is quite fuzzy right now... ...Without having read these posts for sometime, I hit the search engines for lyrics, and hardly to my surprise, it turns out this song was recorded at least twice before! Mark Wills recorded it in 2003, followed most notably by Rascal Flatts in 2006... ...And once again, I'm left to wonder: Just what do TiΓ«sto, PvD and Armin have to do to get any recognition, let alone airplay, anywhere on U.S. radio? Even some stations that call themselves dance radio stations won't play their tunes! So, as usual, we're left yet again with trance remakes of pop tunes, almost always clones of D.J. Sammy and D.H.T. I shouldn't really be that surprised, since Yanou is a member of Cascada. In the meantime, real trance, and the deejays who play, write, produce and perform it, are treated as if they and it never existed. Give me a break! I must say one other thing: There are better trance divas out there than Natalie Horler; far better. Consider Marcella Woods, for one.

^Never heard of Marcella Woods, and I dont want to. Natalie Horler is where its at! Im buying this for sure! Never heard of her, no? I'm not surprised. You're not the only one who probably thinks divas like Marcella don't exist. Quite typical when you've been so thoroughly exposed to so-called mainstream material that the broad spectrum of the industry is not even an afterthought. Quite common in this country, no doubt. The world of mainstream pop has literally force-fed artists and tunes that are so-called "radio-friendly", some of whom are often here today and gone tomorrow, while those who are authentic last much longer, and in some cases become legends, even if U.S. radio (even U.S. dance radio) pays little attention to them... ...But you'll find out soon enough. In the meantime, pick up a CD from Matt Darey or Judge Jules, or go to a listening station at your local music superstore to sample a few cuts from their albums, for which you'll hear Marcella's powerful voice on some of their tracks, including "Beautiful" and "U Shine On"... ...And she isn't the only dance diva who is recognized worldwide. As a matter of fact, even the deejays have their resident divas. David Morales has Lea-Lorien; TiΓ«sto has Kirsty Hawkshaw, ATB has Roberta Carter-Harrison, Armin van Buuren has Justine Suissa and Paul van Dyk has Jan Johnston. Not to mention that Barbara Tucker and Kim English have been all over the world of house music, for at least 20 years each! So, just remember this: Pop-chart recognition doth not always global recognition maketh. Natalie Horler would be hard-pressed to match wits with any of the above divas in a real dance club anywhere in the world with that brand of cheese. When she and Cascada make a real trance hit completely from scratch, that doesn't resemble the typical pseudo-happy-hardcore sound that I've been hearing from them as of late, only then will I be convinced... ...Until then, I'll stick with what everyone else calls underground, and listen to more Misja Helsloot, Carl Cox, Johan Gielen, John Digweed, Infected Mushroom and HernΓ‘n CattΓ‘neo. And before anyone gets any ideas, I know that Paul Oakenfold is widely recognized in the mainstream pop world, but the difference between him and the likes of D.J. Sammy and Yanou (as of late) is that Oakey never goes way out of his way to deliberately appease pop radio.

Loving Holiday, Faded and Dream on Dreamer.
DOD is typical Cascada, but Holiday and Faded are slightly different.
Also, even though Holiday is not a Madonna cover, the song was originally done by Norwegian singer Venke Knutson in 2007 and reached #4 on the Norwegian charts.

I don't get it - Horler's voice is decent and Cascada is reasonably popular, so you'd think people would be willing to write material for them even if they didn't want to write their own. Why go the remake route with so much of their material? A few well-chosen ones are cool, but really, they tend to do it to excess, not because there's any set number of remakes that any group should be doing, but rather because they only bring so much to their interpretations.
