That medley sounds cool. I don't mind the stunts, it's just that the last performance of GITA was so highly publicized that it doesn't need to be repeated. And she performed "Sober" at the last VMAs when "Funhouse" was the current single lol She performed Sober because she wanted to highlight the acrobatics. She wasn't promoting Sober, she was promoting her tour. Plus, as much as I love Funhouse, a performance of it wouldn't have helped it become a hit. If she's doing a medley I hope its fun & exciting! I just don't want Sober, So What, I Don't Believe You or Crystal Ball. The latter 2 probably wouldn't click with MTV audiences and the first 2 were already performed. I don't really want GITA because she doesn't need to recreate the Grammy performance, and because it probably wouldn't click with MTV audiences, but since it is charting, I wouldn't totally mind the promo. I just want something a little more exciting! I love how she's gotten to perform at the VMAs 3 years straight and off the same album! I know! I was just thinking about that. Pretty awesome.

If she`s really performing at the VMAs, my choices would be Glitter in the Air acoustic, very simple, not MTV at all, just to promote the song or a medley of Funhouse/Bad Influence. The later song is one of the catchiest on the album, super fun and silly and it would probably get some downloads. If it cracked the Itunes top 100, it would be the seventh song from Funhouse to do so after So What, Sober, Please Don`t Leave Me, Funhouse, Glitter in the Air and I Don`t Believe You.

GivesYouHell I felt that the general public wasn't even aware it existed. I don't think it would've catapulted Funhouse into the top 10 or anything but at least out from under the 40s, or wherever it stalled at ???

I don't know why her label didn't release it to Hot AC. It did get some Hot AC spins.. it got to around the 60's on HAC. It actually did really well on itunes for where it peaked on Pop and in Audience. It got to like #28 or something, I believe.

Yes! lol But her label really only has her & Usher. (LaFace that is) I know they merged with Jive, but the only ones still putting out music under the LaFace name are P!nk, Usher & Ciara.

LOL! Yeah, I'm not sure how I feel about her label and if I'd want her to find a new one whenever her contract ends. Interscope could be good. They kind of suck with their artists, unless the artist is already established and popular. I mean, they've had so many new artists that they don't do anything with or promote at all, but it seems like when the act is popular, they are amazing at promotion. BEP & GaGa come to mind.

Yes, I'm sick of them too. 18 Wheeler could've been a hit, and I'm Not Dead could've had more US singles. Hell, maybe even Try This could've been a success.

I'm actually glad they didn't release anymore singles from IND. IMO, it worked out fine. However, the era could have started out better and then had more singles. But since she released So What not even a year after WK peaked, its fine with me. WK actually didn't peak on AC radio till early 2008. So it hadn't even been 7 months.

Yeah, UUR/WK definitely saved her career in the US. But I blame the label for that. We could've gotten 'Cuz I Can, Leave Me Alone, and maybe even Dear Mr. President!

I've always said that I think the singles should have gone like this...
BUZZ: Cuz I Can (released as a buzz single online to generate hype) 1. U + Ur Hand (official lead single) 2. Who Knew 3. Long Way to Happy 4. Leave Me Alone (I'm Lonely) 5. Stupid Girls
SG could have been a great way to close out the album. It wouldn't have needed to be a hit since it was last, and it would have generated buzz at the end of an era that was already a success. Which would have been great going into Funhouse. :)

Whoever thinks she'd do GITA again is a fool. That's not an option.

Yes, it was played during her tour.
And I know! I love the original, but this is just soo cute! Both fit the mood of the song, just in reverse ways.

Aww- such a cute video. I like the rough and funny girl side of her. Out of all the gals from her age group in all genres- Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, and co., I truly believe Pink will be the most remembered down the road. Such an artiste
