From the Kelly thread, courtesy of Focus: LINK www.billboard.com/column/chartbeat/chart-beat-tuesday-zac-brown-band-taylor-1004108424.story#/column/chartbeat/chart-beat-tuesday-zac-brown-band-taylor-1004108424.story'AIR' PLAY: After her first six entries on the Adult Pop Songs chart missed the top 10 between 2001 and 2006, Pink's next six charted titles all have reached the top tier. She extends her streak this week with an 11-9 advance for "Glitter in the Air." With six top 10s, Pink now trails only Sheryl Crow (10 top 10s), Alanis Morissette (nine), Jewel and Kelly Clarkson (seven each) for most top 10s among women in the chart's 14-year archives. Avril Lavigne and Sarah McLachlan have also tallied six top 10s.Pink is the first female artist to string together six Adult Pop Songs top 10s. Clarkson, Crow, Jewel and Morissette all linked streaks of five consecutive top 10 tracks."Glitter in the Air," with which Pink wowed the crowd in January at the 52nd Grammy Awards thanks to her acrobatic performance of the ballad, is the fourth Adult Pop Songs top 10 from her album "Funhouse." "So What" and "Sober" each reached No. 1 and "Please Don't Leave Me" peaked at No. 2. The set is the first album by a woman to contain at least four top 10s since Clarkson's "Breakaway" housed five in 2004-06.

New song registered on BMI?
JUST TO BE LOVING YOU Alecia B Moore, Daryl L Simmons
I haven't seen this one there before and it has the newest BMI # of any of her songs.

JUST TO BE LOVING YOU Alecia B Moore, Daryl L SimmonsI found this: When Pink was recruited for a female R&B short-lived trio called Choice in 1996 which signed to the LaFace label on the strength of their demo, it was Simmons who asked her to write a bridge section for the song "Just to Be Loving You" and the result impressed L.A. Reid enough to give her a solo deal with LaFace, leading to her first record Can’t Take Me Home. He is also credited on Split Personality. So unless she decided to rerecord that very song, it's old. (Daryl L Simmons is an American Grammy Award winning R&B songwriter, musician and record producer who is best known for his association with the LaFace Records production duo of Antonio ‘L.A.’ Reid and Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds.)

^Yeah, I saw that on PP as well. But it was just recently registered. I wonder why? Its BMI # indicates that it was registered after the Funhouse tracks.

GivesYouHell I felt that the general public wasn't even aware it existed. I don't think it would've catapulted Funhouse into the top 10 or anything but at least out from under the 40s, or wherever it stalled at ??? Yep. They kinda blew timing issues, like Sober. It had strong digital and Pop airplay, but SW was still VERY strong on Hot AC, by the time Sober caught up there, it was falling on Pop and digital -- that's why it spent all those weeks btw 15 -20. #15 not representative of Sober's success. FH could've done well on Hot AC. For a 4th single with limited airplay, it was doing well on digital.

I know! I love these 2 so much. So glad they worked things out. They are just so freaking cute!! I always thought it was funny that her fans were upset at their breakup and so was the media. Usually the media is trying to pull celeb couples apart, but it seemed like they were rooting for the 2 to get back together.. its interesting.

No problem! Apparently the next one is "Funhouse". Mean isn't getting released unless Cole decides to release it himself. :(

Me too! :'( I hope we get to see it eventually. These were all used on tour when she played the songs. They would play on the screen behind her. I have kind of seen the Mean one. Its theme is a bearded lady. LOL! I kinda saw the LMA one when I watched the performance, but I can't find the Funhouse performance. So I have no idea what that one is.
