From what I could hear, it sounds great. Can't wait to hear the whole song. Hopefully it can chart. Anyways, good to have her back.

If memory serves me right she was HORRIBLE on Nashville Star. Just another pretty girl, with some amazing studio wizardry to make her bearable.....

Just another pretty girl, with some amazing studio wizardry to make her bearable..... yes, she was horrendous on NS. i think its awful that Warner Bros. dropped the talent for the beauty. Angela Hacker (who won Nashville Star) never got to release anything except an album that had all the songs that she sang on NS. she was very talented, its a real shame she never got to release anything

For those of you naysayers of Whitney Duncan, please listen to her duet with Kenny Rogers - My World Is Over - it is a great song and she sounds pretty amazing on it.

I am trying to remember who she was on N Star. I watched it and remember the name but can't quite picture her face. What place did she come in?

So, I got this off of itunes last night and it's not half bad. I like the song. Fits in well with today's female artists, I think.

Spotlight track on AllAccess:
Whitney Duncan When I Said I Would Warner Bros. Produced by John Shanks and Mark Bright, this is quite an impressive debut from Whitney Duncan- the perfect kind of radio single- infectious hooks, great tempo and a strong vocal performance. Duncan, a native of Scotts Hill, Tennessee (population-900), has the whole package- and once you see her 'live,' it enhances her persona even further. For someone just breaking out, she has tremendous control of the stage. These days it takes something special to break through the log-jam and from all indications, Whitney has it. Impacting Monday, August 25th.
