How many has Rihanna had so far? Would the collab with Maroon 5 count? The song was included on the re-issue and wasn't available on Maroon 5's album in that version previously so for a while, it was only available on Rihanna's album. But it's also on the re-issue for Maroon 5's album. Would that be counted or would it be a bit of a stretch? She might be the first to have 8! :O

There is some disagreement at ukmix but I think it counts
On the following grounds: the single is Maroon 5 featuring Rihanna
At the time of release, the only album this version was featured on was the Rihanna disc.
The original Maroon 5 only version is not the single

However, a reason not to count it is the same as the Ludacris example above:
this song is listed as Maroon 5 featuring Rihanna, not Rihanna featuring Maroon 5

I actually disagree with the whole labelling being a reason not to count a song. There are a few other examples where a song is on an artist's album even though they are only "featured" on that track. While I agree that Rihanna's example MAY be stretching it a bit, I wouldn't discount the song on the point that it is Maroon 5 featuring Rihanna. That's just a minor detail.

well bilboard is kinda biased i mean songs get top 3 on their week of downloads i think it should be more fair. If, for instance, a song in its opening week sells 300,000 copies on itunes without airplay, that should not be ranked high?

until the end of time did not flop. since when was a top 2 on urban radio a flop? i heard that song a million times each day, every day. it may have flopped on pop, but pop is not the only thing that counts or matters.

for a pop artist it matters! The only reason it got on urban was because of b
it is a flop and please don't say he is r&b he was in the mickey mouse club and a boy band.

Uh? "UTEOT" first charted on R&B in the Billboard edition of April 7th, 2007, more than six months before BeyoncΓ© was added to it. By the time the remix was released, it had already peaked at #3, so BeyoncΓ© didn't help it at all.
As for the R&B or Pop debate, he's had a little too much Urban success to be labeled a flat-out Pop artist, no?

UTEOT went top 40 on Billboard before Beyonce was even added to it. So I'm not sure his album should be asterisked since it wasn't a new song slapped onto a rerelease and because it was a hit well before her.
The problem with that song is that it had a lot of airplay but little sales originally because on iTunes it was originally listed as Set the Mood right/Until the End of Time, and people couldn't find it or didn't know it was already on iTunes.
Also, UTEO went top 10 on 3 formats - Urban, Urban AC, and Rhythmic. It never flopped like people here love to claim.

As for the R&B or Pop debate, he's had a little too much Urban success to be labeled a flat-out Pop artist, no? Agreed. He got to #2 with ML & #11 with both SB & CMAR. Both of his albums have hit the top 2 on the R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart (#2 for Justified and #1 for FS/LS).
