I don't get why everyone doesn't like this song? Maybe because it doesn't even try to be original? The production is nothing special, though his vocals are above average; overall, it's just a bland song by a singer who deserves better. Someone compared it to "Brass Bed". I don't think he'll come close to touching that. It had that almost haunting minor-key, 6/8 time melody that really made it stand out. The lyrics were simple but effective, and they avoided any clichés. Man, I LOVED that song. This one.....eh.

Don't forget about Jeff Bates. His song has really been gaining spins the past two weeks, although I still like Josh's chances. Wow, he is. AllAccess's fault for removing him.

I can't even compare Brass Bed and Unbelievable. Brass Bed to me was sexy (yes, sexy dammit - haha) and seductive - the type song a guy might want playing while he seduced a woman (or a woman might want playing while she's being seduced haha) where as Unbelievable is a love song, plain and simple, and, IMO, the perfect song to be used as first dance at a wedding or on a tribute video of wedding pictures or whatnot. I can't even imagine Brass Bed being used as a wedding first dance - but that's just me.
And yeah, I think I may think too much about Josh Gracin songs haha

this reminds me very much of Lonestar's "Amazed" (i don't know if that has been mentioned or not), except nowhere as good.

Yes, Zac, it does remind me of that song too - I've used that comparison alot of times when talking to people about it. Of course we differ on the opinion on it's comparative 'goodness' but ..... it's all good haha

Wohoo! He debuts at #57!
Country *** No. 1 ***/Most Increased Audience #1 Jimmy Wayne Do You Believe Me Now (Valory) Breaker #36 Little Big Town Fine Line (Capitol Nashville) Debut #47 Sugarland Already Gone (Mercury) Debut #57 Josh Gracin Unbelievable (Ann Marie) (Lyric Street)
Do you think he could make the most added list again this week? With the way his spins are increasing, I'd think he has gotten quite a few adds over the past week.

I'm still not counting it out... They don't show re-entries all the time. But I guess that since she only gained about .3 mill on QCD and she had over 1 million AI last week on QCD, then it's not too surprising.

This song seems to be off to such a strong start - I hope it can keep up the momentum (it passed 1M in AI's today on quick cut)

This song seems to be moving along at a pretty good pace (by 'normal' standards, not Keith, RF, Carrie, Taylor standards haha), especially for Josh. Looking at R&R, he seems to moving at the same pace as Josh Turner, Miranda, etc.
Anybody hear any more on the video for this song? I wonder how collecting video from the fans is going?

I don't even see the album on store shelves anymore, so I can't see LS pushing another single off of this. It's a real shame because there is some real hit potential on this album (Sweet September, Telluride), but Josh probably needs a hit lead single to revive his career anyway. At least with this going T40 that should at least mean that we get another single before they dump him (be it a lead single or another one off of We Weren't Crazy).
