As much as I like LeAnn I'm going with Miranda. This was a hard decision.

As much as I love Miranda, LeAnn beats any competition for me. Actually, it'll be interesting to see which of these two ballads have more success on country radio.

Miranda is coming off her biggest hit and LeAnn is coming off her biggest flop. i still hope that "What I Cannot Change" does well because i love that song, but i don't think it will do very well at all. i hope i am wrong though.

IMO, both women have equal success with these singles. Just because Miranda is coming off her biggest hit does not mean this next single will be a hit. There are countless examples of this. Just because LeAnn is coming off a unsuccessful chart run does not mean she'll repeat. There are also countless examples of this.

The two songs are similar in many ways.
Both very beautifully written or co-written by the singer. Both very personal to them. Both very powerful songs.
Hmm, it's difficult to choose since I love both songs, but because "More Like Her" shows a side of Miranda not very often seen and it's a very pleasant surprise to hear so much nuance and feeling in her singing when I don't really expect it... I vote for "More Like Her."

LeAnn, but that was the hardest decision in quite some time.

I'll echo others' sentiments in saying this is one of the more interesting face-offs we've had in some time.
I voted for "More Like Her." It's not my favorite Miranda song, but I like that the lyrics don't spell everything out and somehow, the song has more emotional credibility to my ears. "What I Cannot Change" is gorgeously sung, and while I rationally know that LeAnn means this song, I just don't connect to it as well.

Oh, wow. This is almost not fair. I love both of these girls. In a VERY close vote I chose Leann's song, but I like both of them. I have been a fan of Leann's ever since she started, so I guess I chose that song because I've been listening to her for 10 years and I really like what she does with her voice on this song. Miranda's song has a better chance to be a hit song, though, I think. I still cannot get my local radio stations to play WICC, and I hear "More Like Her" on Sirius 60 all the time. Haven't heard the Leann song there yet. Have a nice night!
