"Luxurious" is a JAM! Definitely a better single IMO than "Cool."

I can't believe she's releasing another single off this album. "Cool" was a perfect way to wrap up the CD. This is just mediocre mush.

I didn't relise that many people like this. This is my second least favorite song on the album. Well to me it seems like most people that don't like it. The only people that seem to love it besides Gwen fans are the urban lovers who were pissed she released "Cool".

I like the WHOLE album, except for this song and "Long Way To Go". (Not a huge "Rich Girl" fan either, but whatever) I'm kind of pissed that she picked this song as the next single, but then again lots of people were dissatisfied about some of her other single choices, so I guess it's fair.
Lately I've been listening to "Serious" a lot. I think that might have done okay.

Almost all my friends love the song because it IS urban so of course the urban fans would like it more.

I got tired of it really fast. I think they repeat that payback part too much.

I Lately I've been listening to "Serious" a lot. I think that might have done okay. "Serious" is the sh!t. I love the Kylie Minogue-ish/80's dance vibe it has. I'm not sure how it would've done since the current musical atmosphere is composed of mostly hip-hop and pop/rock.

That's true.
Anyway if this is indeed the last single, I'm holding out hope that maybe they'll remix some of the other songs on the album. I'd really like to see something done with them, and maybe they'd do well on the Dance charts. "Danger Zone" and "Serious" are too good to go unnoticed.

I hate this song. Nobody should touch that particular Isley Brothers sample after "Big Poppa", period. It's overdone and stupid to me.

This song is really blah to me. I don't understand why they're releasing it. Cool was a perfect final single for the album.
Does Gwen like the song or something?

Worst song of her entire career. And yet light years better than "Shake It Off" hmmmm. #9 This will be a hit equal the size of "Rich Girl" Hahahahah, LIGHT YEARS? Sure. Anyways, this is an odd single choice, but I hope it does good. This has been a great year for Gwen. I'm sure anything she puts out will do well.

I wish she would just give it up and start on a new No Doubt album, but I guess she has to have a single out for her tour...she should've gone with Serious or The Real Thing.

I too think her solo career should have stopped with Cool. I'm actually thinking this release has nothing to do with Gwen, but with her recording company trying to cash in a little more.

I hope this ends up changing. "The Real Thing" would be my ideal choice, but "Danger Zone", "Serious" or even a "Bubble Pop Electric" edit would all be much better.

This song is disgusting. It sounds like a cheap mid-90s R&B rip-off. This is the worst thing I've ever heard from her...

This will certainly flop.
They should have made "Cool" the last single release. It just has that "final single sound", where that song is a bittersweet song about moving on and an old romance has evolved into seperation and two new romances, with at least an old friendship still glowing. It really leaves a lasting impression that I think builds anticipation for the next record.
This single is her worst of the five, and I think it'll flop anyway because it just isn't that radio-friendly, it never picks up or has any real crescendo, it drones on at a mellow mid-pace all the way through.
My Prediction: #24
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

gosh - i really can't decide how i feel about this. part of me is really glad they are releasing a 5th single rather than a new album.. and i actually can see this being moderately successful. But I don't think it's the best move. I know "The Real Thing" might not be the smartest right after cool (although I think it's different enough that it'd be fine), but I would be much happier if they released "Bubble Pop Electric" than this. That is definitely different than "Cool" AND I think has more of a chance at success.

I dont like this, but a lot of people seem to... I am happy she is pushing for a 5th single (I am kind of hankering for the days of releasing more than 3 singles, 4 if you are lucky) but I dont think this is her strongest chance at a huge last hit. (Then again, I honestly do not think it will hurt her if she does flop)
