Subject: Axwell & Bob Sinclar feat. Ron Carroll "What A Wonderful World" [Original / EDX / Dabruck & Klein / Elio Riso / Paleface Mixes]
This is the follow up of sorts to Axwell (and Max'C)'s "I Found U" and Bob Sinclar's... um... whichever single he released last (in the past year, he released like a single every week!).
Sweden's Axwell and France's Bob Sinclar have teamed up with Chicago's own Ron Carroll to deliver one of the great house tracks of 2008. I really love the production, however, the ad-libs by Ron Carroll are beyond annoying. What a twit! They are just that irritating.
The single has an interesting story. According to legend, Axwell remixed David Guetta's "Everytime We Touch", however David Guetta rejected the remix. Not wanting the remix/instrumental to go to waste, Axwell teamed up with Bob Sinclar and this co-production became "What A Wonderful World", with Bob bringing in Ron Carroll.
The single was released last week as a digital single/maxi single and it entered the Official UK charts at No. 76. The single is a joint release between labels Positiva Records and Defected Records. The commercial single is released today, September 29, 2008.
