Girls Aloud - The Promise [Jason Nevins Remix]According to the Girls' label, Fascination, an exclusive Jason Nevins remix will be available on to UK iTunes customers when the single is released on October 19th. Any other remixes? Tony Lamezma, perhaps?

Interesting. I wonder what's with all the American remixers working on this track. Any chance it's going to get a U.S. release? I'm just surprised that there's anyone other than Xenomania-people working on this one

wtf?!?
I never thought Dave Aude or Jason Nevins would mix them, but cool. I can't wait to hear em.

This one's at a tricky tempo - the mixes will either be slowish (maybe ~120 bpm) or it will get messy. Hopefully there will be some cool dark dubby thing, though, the track has good potential for that..
.....FADE! o.o

I don't like the Nevins mix either. It just doesn't go anywhere.
I really like the Aude ones. Really good.

Which is appropriate, don't you think? Whores Aloud are atrocious. They have to be the most talentless girl group ever, IMHO. I'll take Spice Girls, B*Witched and Girl Thing any day. I like the production of the song, but those vocals are simply horrendous. If you think I exaggerate, watch theïr tone-dead performance on "The X-Factor". That racist of Cheryl Cole has no business being a judge on the show...

What about Atomic Kitten? Atrocious or a step up from Girls Aloud? haha. I've been listening to a lot of their old mixes and kind of like most of the ones I've heard!
That being said I much prefer the Aude mix to the original track.

That being said I much prefer the Aude mix to the original track. I liked Atomic Kitten and their first three singles... and then they went down the dumper when they changed their sound and image to a more "serious one". You can thank "Whole Again" for that. Everything they did after that was utter sh!te, but just before they left Planet Pop, they did mange to get out an amazing single, "Be With You", which wasn't even on the album they were promoting at the time. There is a girl group that can definitely take the crown away from Girls-A-Foul for the Worst UK Girl Group title... Vanilla. Shockingly, they managed one Top 20 hit. It's one of the worst things you will ever listen to and watch. Don't believe me? Here's the proof! Vanilla "No Way, No Way":

Well, I did attach the music video. What's interesting is that Xemonania were, sort of, behind Vanilla. Hmmm...Vanilla...never heard of them! I'll have to check them out. I love "Be With You" btw.

The Flip & Fill mix of this song appears on the latest clubland album.
I'm (for once) not feeling Flip & Fill's take on this Girls Aloud song...it might grow on me, but it just comes across as sloppy and doesn't sound right at all to me :(
