Their first Top 20 hit, reaching #15 in July 1984.
I would say this makes for a pretty good summer driving song...I was driving down State Highway 84 earlier today when this came on the radio (Joe FM, obviously). I was driving by Saginaw Valley State University, which is between Bay City and the Saginaw suburb of Zilwaukee - i.e. not right in town. Today's supposed to be the last day of a summer-like heat wave around here, and then it gets cooler, so having this on the radio made for a nice moment...even if I still have the song stuck in my head.
I like this about the same as "Everybody Have Fun Tonight", which actually hasn't reached the point of overplay on Joe.[/font]

Pretty good song, I prefer this much more than "Everybody..." There are some pretty interesting songs on this album, "Wait" and "Devoted Friends" come to mind. But I haven't listened to it in years and never actually picked it up on CD, altho I'm sure that will happen eventually.

I like this song. I used to add verses by making up more body parts by which to take your baby.

For a long time, the part where they say "we were cool on craze", I thought they were saying"we were cool on Christ". Anyway, I like it.

Well, it's all right to be cool on Christ. I am too, but it would sound kinda odd for the lyric to be in a pop song.

Reminds me of "Romy & Michele's High School Reunion."

Their 2nd best song after "Everybody Have Fun Tonight". I thought they were a one-hit wonder with the song mentioned earlier as I didn't know it existed until playing "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City" (the song is featured on the Flash FM pop station). That song soon became one of my favorites on Flash FM (and GTA:VC as a whole). Music video www.youtube.com/watch?v=V-xpJRwIA-Q
