Does anyone remember these 2 1 hour alternative/modern rock radio shows in the 1990's: "Modern Roots" "Post Modern Weekly" These 2 shows on WXLC Waukegan, IL in April-May 1994 replacing Shadoe Stevens American Top 40 on Sunday mornings because the station was leaning to all modern rock/alternative. But by June 1994 when WXLC went from modern rock back to Top 40 it was too late to reinstate Shadoe Stevens AT40 since ABC/Watermark would cancel it at the end of the June 1994 month so what was "Modern Roots" and "Post Modern Weekly" dropped after 2 months in favor of? Rick Dees Weekly Top 40 (which ABC/Watermark acquired to replace Shadoe Stevens AT40).
