One of my favorties from them. I don't think it was released as a single.

Good song. It was not released as a single but a version by The Tavares became a hit and the Bee Gees version snuck onto Billboard's AC chart.

Love both the Tavares and Bee Gee's version of this song.

My favorite song from the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack. I love it!
It's hard to believe that the Bee Gees version was never even released as a single, and the Tavares version did not perform all that well either. It peaked at #32 on the Hot 100 and #36 on the Hot Soul Singles chart. The song is incredibly well known despite not initially being a hit. I used to hear Tavares' version on Urban AC radio all the time, but I don't hear it much anymore. Music from the 70s has been getting the shaft in recent years, outside of programs dedicated to 70s music.

I like Tavares' version, but I love the Bee Gees' version. Such a great batch of songs on the SNF soundtrack.

even though this was not a single it seems to have become the Bee Gees third most streamed songs on Spotify. Stayin Alive and How Deep Is Your Love is higher but surprisingly it has more streams than Night Fever which was #1 for 8 weeks.
