:) Anyone else like this song? This is so laid back, so groovy...one of my all time favorite songs. Not sure but I think the song has been recorded many different times, by different artist. I also heard it was a big hit with the Mob at one point in time. :o

Art Garfunkel had a modest hit with his remake.
I like the Flamingos version best.

Certainly one of the great timeless ballads of the 50s. I didn't really like Art's version, tho it seemed to spend a ton of weeks in the 20s on AT40 during its release.

I Only Have Eyes For You reached #11 in Billboard way way back in 1959

The song has been covered and sampled many times, but this version is still one of my favorites. It went to #11 on the Hot 100 in 1959.

I remember this from the summer of 1959. I like this one. Good music from a time when most music was good, unlike today's music. This is a rock and roll version of a song that has existed well before this version was made.

Heavenly. Those vocals. Also peaked at #3 R&B. It was inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame in 2003.

being used in an Alexa ad and is #65 on itunes. That was a very cute commercial. They certainly don't make songs like that anymore. Lol.
