So cheesy. So 80s. So irresistible. Pretty much. 80s songs like this are so committed to themselves regardless of how ridiculous they are - you just have to allow yourself to get caught up in it. Tyler and Steinman go IN on this. Doo doo doo DOOOOOO - Ahhhhh, AHHHHH. OMG YESSS. I wouldn't change a thing, and I'm so glad I lived during this era.

This song was used in an Arby's commercial about two years ago. So corny! I much prefer "Total Eclipse Of the Heart" over this one.

I've always enjoyed the over-the-top quality of this song; even had the 7-inch vinyl back in the day. :) The song's piano riff and vocal harmonies come from Steinman's "Stark Raving Love," which appeared on his 1981 solo album.
