One of my favorite bands to emerge from the "teen pop" craze. This song only peaked at #28 on pop but made top 10 on AC. This song was underrated IMO. I thought it was a great song and deserved more recognition. Alas... I miss BBMak! :'(

I really liked this song. It was indeed underrated and probably should have gone further than number 28 on Pop. It did hit the Top Ten on the A/C chart, but it faded away too fast. It was one of several songs that were gypped by the 15/-3 recurrent rule. It was number nine the weekend of September 7, and two weeks later was gone (there was no paper printed on September 14 because of the 9/11 bombings).

I hardly remember it. But I do remember it being okay, but the worst of their charted singles in America.

I really liked this one. Actually I didn't care for it at first but it really grew on me. All 3 of their singles from that album peaked at #6 or better.

I love this song now... I didn't hear it that much when it was released, so it only peaked in the 20s on my personal chart. :(

This is one of their best songs ever, thanks for making a topic about this. I just made a "Hottest Hitz" CD Sunday night and included this song on there. When I get in those smoochie moods I usually put this song on.

I thought this was their best song. The released from their first CD were all pretty good but the first single from their second CD ruined them for me.

Damnit, I should've picked their CD up instead of LFO's dreadful "Life Is Good." I will trade my "Life Is Good" for a BBMak album!

I thought this was their best song. The released from their first CD were all pretty good but the first single from their second CD ruined them for me. Over 3/4 of the second album is disappointing. I think "She's Everything" should have been promoted as an official single. I am currently playing it as a "current" for a second time around.

I agree as I was disappointed with their second album as well. However, there are some great tracks, and I did pick it up for only $7.00 at Walmart!

I loved this song. It was the best song on their album, which I got for $7.99 at Tower when it was first released.

corny, corny, corny. I sorta liked the other song they released back in the summer of 2000...("back here" I believe?) Whatever. Anywho, were they British or Australian?

I really liked this. It was my favorite of BBMak's songs. True that. Does this still get AC play nationally? I've heard it on Philly's B101 a few times, but I so rarely listen to AC stations.

Ouch... 2 spins in the past 2 weeks! I thought they would have a lot more airplay than that.

I heard this song today on my radio tape. I had it recorded from Dick Clark's US Music Survey. It's excellent! It's my favorite BBMak song. 2 thumbs up!

He is still doing countdowns?! Cool! Jeff Robbins is currently subbing for Dick, but hopefully he'll be back soon. His name is still in the jingles.

I agree as I was disappointed with their second album as well. However, there are some great tracks, and I did pick it up for only $7.00 at Walmart! Yeah, 2nd album didn't live up to the 1st. I think "Get You Through The Night" and "Sympathy" are the two stand outs, but "Out of Reach" would've made the best lead off single. As far as GOYAM goes, I love the song and think it should've done much better, but I would've picked "I Can Tell" over this as single #3. Hell, I would've picked "I Can Tell" or "I'm Not In Love" as single #2. I think many of the tracks on the album would've surpassed the performance of "Still On Your Side" as 2nd single. SOYS is weak IMO.
