I have this on a aircheck from two years ago. It peaked at #21 in April 1984. I like it.

An awesome song, sadly overlooked. The subject matter and the music was great.

I like it. It's on volume one of Barry Scott's Lost 45s. :)

Yeah, I remember this song. Thought it was a pretty cool tune. Can't recall if I have the '45 or not.

One of my favorite songs of 1984! In college, 1994, a friend and I went to this pawn shop and there were TONS of old cassettes there with no cases. So I asked her to please help me find Tony Carey. We spent about 15 minutes and she finally found it. It cost 50 cents I believe. It was a happy day! "And nothin's gonna take it away..."

Very underrated song... A few years ago, I wanted it so much, that I actually bought it on eBay for like $25 (it was out of print at the time, don't know if it still is)... Also, "The First Day Of Summer" was a good song off this CD... also cracked the Top 40...

This guy was in Rainbow at one time. I know he formed Planet P which had a cool rock/nu wave hybrid called "Why Me."
I like this song, but prefer "I Won't Be Home Tonight."
I edited this after checking Ebay and seeing that he was in the band Rainbow.

this was a good song, but I liked his follow up even better. 'First day of Summer'

I like this song better than the Opus III song.
