The song & video that inspired Christina Aguilera's hair in the "Lady Marmalade" video ;) Overall, as we know a classic song & video in the 1980s

Love this song! Didn't Lit make a parody of this video?

It's good.
My sister met Twisted Sister at Arnold's rally in Sacramento the weekend before the election. They performed.

Awesome rock anthemn. I love this song.
Dee Snider was a morning DJ up here in Hartford for a couple of years. He was pretty good on the role. Good enough to listen when Stern was in commercials.
They took him off the air last summer for Bubba the talentless fat bastard love sponge. Now the station is Urban. Oh well.

I really couldnt stand this at all, or their other song "I Wanna Rock." Now that i think about it, I didnt like Quiet Riots "Cum On Feel The Noize" either, but at least I love their follow-up "Metal Health." This guy annoyed me when he was on Howard Stern all the time.

...Bubba the talentless fat bastard love sponge. Yeah, I don't think I ever heard this dolt but saw a pic of him, and with that name, I hate to judge before hearing, but I think my assessment would have been right. We had this other shit on for a week once, "Madcow Muller" who I listened to for about an hour when he came to new york to compete against Howard Stern. Man did that guy just fuckin suck!

Overly dramatic at times but the video is brilliant. Very entertaining stuff. I think this was the time when it was hip for metal guys to look like girls. So Twisted Sister is like, "we'll outdo all those bands and have the most makeup, the biggest hair, and we'll be scary too!" Truly, those guys look scary. Anyway, it's a decent hair metal song.
Lit did make a short parody of this video. The video was "Ziplock" and they parodied the "I Wanna Rock" segment to introduce the video with the son screaming "I Wanna Rock". I think Dee Snider even played the dad!

It's a classic, and it's fun to listen to, but nothing I'd go wild over.

It's OK but not her best. LOL! Anyway, I've never liked the song. But the video is hilarious 1980s fluff.

Good description, and that's probably why I like the song.

It was what is was when it came out, but doesn't hold up today in my opinion. Anyone hear Canada's Bif Naked's cover of it?
