Although I preferred their debut album, this one had some really fun track as well. I liked the lead single "Spice Up Your Life" and "Too Much" the most.

how can you prefer their debut? Their debut was amazing but I think this was a much more creative album, plus it contained viva forever.

I prefer the singles from their debut, but this album was better as a whole. "Denying" was a JAM.

I remember getting this for Xmas in 1997... I was so happy. Actually, all my Xmas presents (and my sisters') were Spice Girls-related that year LOL
I love how it captures a bunch of different influences (pop, r&b, disco, motown, big band, latin,...) and still sound very cohesive and very them.

I half-wish Geri didn't leave when she did; 'Never Give Up On The Good Times' was apparently going to be a single, with remixes by David Morales. The single obvs never happened because she left the band, which makes me wonder if the mixes ever got made and were scrapped, or whether they never came to be in the first place. :'(

I prefer the singles from their debut, but this album was better as a whole. "Denying" was a JAM. Agreed, the second one felt a bit versatile than the first one.
