So far this is Faith's only #1, although she's come close with a few other songs, most recently "I Love You" which spent multiple weeks at #2 behind the phenomenon of Tweet's "Oops (Oh My)". I've also heard this song referred to as the last great Babyface hit. Very nice ballad. When I was the owner of a yahoo! club for Faith, I used to get a lot of people e-mailing me for the lyrics to this, seriously. They'd be all like "I love Faith!!! PLZ PLZ PLZ Can you tell me thelyrics to this songb/c I love it and we're going2 play it at mywdeding it'll be so WEET THANKXX OT YOU!!!"
haha.

I like it. All of Faith's music is quality but honestly, this is not one of my favorite Faith songs. Babyface had already fallen off quite a bit by this point.

It's an ok song. I prefer "Soon As I Get Home". Her older stuff is better to me.

I didn't like this one. I remembered the video lost on Friday Night's jukebox.

I have to honestly say this is the 1st faith song I fell in love with. Babyface has always been great and has never fallen off.
Doen anyone have this on MP3?

To date this is actually Faith's only (solo) #1 at Billboard, this hit #1 at R&B in 1999. It's also referred to as the last great Babyface ballad. I think it doesn't hold up well in that it sounds extremely dated, but it's sappy enough (in a good way) that people always still want to hear it, it's apparently very popular for weddings and such.

I never listen to it. It's sappy late 90's Babyface crap. The ballads on her debut album are lightyears better than this one.

Faith's main appeal is her soulfulness and this song has no soul. It was all polished up for pop/AC radio. She has so many better ballads: "I Love You," "Soon As I Get Home," "Love Don't Live Here..." But I wouldn't say that this is a terrible song. It's pretty mediocre

BET played this video constantly. OMG I hated the song when it was out but now it's pretty good.

It's not even close to being one of her better singles. But her sincere vocal performance really elevates it. I actually preferred the ballad she released as the 4th single "Lately I." Was disappointed that it bombed.
