One of many highlights from the Queen library, and one of many music and visual highlights from Shaun Of The Dead, this has been a staple of AOR since its release in 1978 on the album Jazz, and was also a top 10 UK single. s24.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=3GN3JGU4AU2AU2FP9S56CWMUVI

God I hate this song.
I like a few Queen songs (Killer Queen, Bohemian Rhapsody) but mostly they get right on my tits. They're just so fucking annoying.

I can understand that certainly, because as a resident of the UK you have prolly been overexposed to them since the age of 6 mos. In the US, they have reached almost similar proportions here, at least with people my age. I know I couldn't stand having to listen to BR when it was re-released in early 90s and having to listen to it torn apart all over again.
DSMN isn't on that level yet here, but I think it's also being used in a commercial campaign in the US and should approach annoying status as well.
And I just have this strange, sinking feeling that "Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy" will end up somewhere, ad or movie, and its semi-obscure status here will be destroyed as well.
