I LOVED this song back in '03. It was in my Top 5 of my favourite songs' of '03. It should've done better though.

LOL. I don't think it deserved much and thought it was horrid. The fact that she's talking about selling out does give me points for being somewhat honest, but other than that, I can't speak much for it.
I heard this one version that was more based on the vocals at Starbucks that I liked even less than the original. It was on like the XM compilation or something.

I was also really into this song (my #3 of '03) and the video was HOT and really cool.

I was disappointed with this song. The album preceding this I really liked, especially "Standing Still". This song sounded too reminiscent of Shakira, who was popular at the time. It was also a song that become tired very quickly for me.

LOL, How did it sound like Shakira?
Anyways, I still really like this song, actually I just played the Markus Shulz Coldharbour Mix a second ago.

I liked this song. It was very different from Jewel's previous stuff.

LOL, How did it sound like Shakira? Shakira was actually the first thing I thought of when I heard it too.

Definitely one of my favorites so far this decade...my #4 of 2003.
This song and Frankie J's "Don't Wanna Try" had a stranglehold on my chart's top 2 spots for about half of the summer in '03.
She spent 5 weeks at #2 behind him, then swapped places with him for 2 weeks.
I do notice the Shakira similarity, particularly the intros to this and Objection (which, incidentally, was my #4 song for the year before!)[/font]

I don't think all these two-year-old songs really belong in the nostalgia category. I thought this track was grand, however.

I liked it at first but grew tired of it quickly so it never even made my chart unlike many of her previous songs.

I think this song was ok, but it made me laugh hella much when this song was used in those razor commercials lol. It really made me think less of the song.

Listen to Jewel's voice in the verses, its kind of quiet and whispery....she sounds exactly like Shakira. Anyways, I kinda liked this song when it was out, but I've only heard it like once since and it bugged me.

I love it. Behind "Stand" as my favorite song from her last album which was kind of disappointing. Me too!
