this probably has a thread somewhere but not recently that I can see... this was the official song of my Governor's School in summer 2001 lol. Coulda been a hit single, still one of the cooler tracks.

One of my favorites from the Survivor album. I wish it had been a single.

I think it was some kind of single here in the UK, with a horrible video and remix. It fucked it up royally.

This was the one tolerable track on the album, aside from the singles.

By the way, does anyone have the remix of this song that puts Salt N' Pepa's "Push It" under the acapella of this song?

I saw the video on Launch, and it's a dance remix. I think it actually was released in Europe.
I always liked the song and the message, although it was kind of hypocritical coming from them even then, and especially so looking back on it after Beyonce's solo endeavors ;)

This song is unintentionally hilarious. It wouldn't be half as much if it wasn't such hypocrisy.

Bloody awful, just like 90% of the album. I haven't pulled out that CD in over 2 years, at least. It's slightly better than most of the trash on the album, though. I'd probably put it just below the overplayed singles.

One of the funniest songs ever written (I don't think it was intentional though). I love it.

I wasn't hypocritical, they never went around sleeping with different men and selling their bodies which is what the song chides. Also even though some of their clothes were risque they never were really that horrible

I loved this song, and it should've been a SMASH single. Everytime I listened to this song, I thought they wrote it with Britney in mind! :)

Musically it's alright, kinda messy IMO but lyrically I love it. Any song that calls out whores is a good one in my book!

This was awful. I wonder how feminist BeyoncΓ© feels about this song now...

I enjoy this one way too much. It's so hilariously off base, and feels really regressive after so many sex positive girl groups of the '90s came before them. A major WTF were they thinking moment. The video (never released in the US) was even more hilarious. I quote it all the time. "Cleavage from here to Mexico."
