Lately I can't stop listening to them, and becuz of this, I'm making a topic on their album cuts, because as good as their singles are, those can easily be spoken about at any time. All of their albums are really good, especially the first four.
"Mayonaise" is my favorite song they've ever written. Even though it wasn't big, if "Quiet" was one of the first releases, I beileve it would've been huge. Perhaps if "Silverf***" had another title, it could have been as well, though sans half the length of song. "Hummer" still has my favorite intro in any song. Siamese Dream is just too good. And I like Adore even more, particularly the five-plus-minute "Behold! The Night Mare". It's just got the coolest sound put into it, and it's kind of like a Cure song, but maybe even better. Then you've got the cool electronics on the brilliant "Pug", as well as "Appels and Oranges", which was their most electronic song ever made. Many songs on this one that I can go on about. I liked their epics on that. I still find it funny that critics complain about the album's length, yet it's okay to praise Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness... That just has way too many songs on it for me to post, though. Anyone want to discuss some?

Some girl that had a crush on me several years ago went by the IM name Tristessa, from the album "Gish." She also loved the album track "Soma" from Siamese Dream.
I like some of their cover songs, pretty creative remakes they've done. They don't always work, but it's the thought that counts. Among those are "Jackie Blue" which was a top 5 pop hit in 1975 (or 76) for OZark Mountain Daredevils, a cover of Depeche Mode's "Never Let Me Down Again" and "You're All I've Got Tonight" from the Cars 1978 debut album.

I've heard the versions of "Jackie Blue" and "Never Let Me Down Again", both of which I liked. I liked Billy's Joy Division cover of "Isolation" (under the Starchildren project) better than the two combined though.
Heck, I realize that there are still a lot of great unmentioned songs. I can go on forever anyway, so don't worry. And also, "The Imploding Voice" was awesome as well.
