This one makes an appearance every few years either in this form or as the Urban Discharge/Heather Leigh West ones.
There are new mixes of this one.
Promo tracklisting: 01. Get Far Club Mix (6:06) 02. Pop Trumpet Mix (5:00) 03. The Mac Project Radio Mix (2:45) 04. The Mac Project Club Mix) (8:19)
I still LOVE the Urban Discharge version (of "Drop A House") from back in the day. The Junior Vasquez mix is great. I was a fan of the main version, the Sharp Boys and Dirty Rotten Schoundrels mixes of the Tamperer one back in 1998.
The Mac Project mixes are decent. They wisely bear resemblance to the original '98 ones, but are modernized. While nothing will top the original versions, these are worth checking out.

Heather is putting out Drop A House again (sans Urban Discharge) this year on Tommy Boy with some new remixes.

This one makes an appearance every few years either in this form... Sean, The Tamperer feat. Maya's "Feel It" has not been remixed nor re-released since its original release in 1998. These mixes are OK, but nothing will ever top the original. Not even the 1998 mixes could. The Sharp Boys mixes were one of the worse things I have ever heard, sans Junior's. Talk about totally missing the point.

You're missing out on some of the best remixes on the planet! Just because a label didn't endorse it MOST CERTAINLY doesn't mean that their remixes are inferior! However, I do agree with you on this one. The original is so good, it doesn't need to be remixed. One day, however I will likely be adding some bits from "Drop a House" onto The Tamperer's version. That's the only way I can see it improving.
