I happen to favor the last two Mary releases over a good amount of her early material so I am guessing I will like this album if it's more or less a continuation of those. Anyone looking to buy the album, I wouldn't necessarily go by the opinions of people on Pulse because Pulse fans are VERY critical...oh...and at that new poster, calling Bocelli a "blind bat". smh.

I really like "Kitchen." All in all though, the album is disappointing. Plus, this bitch is so conceited. I liked Mary until they told her that the AP called her a legend and she said "I deserve it." Who does she think she is? I

Good CD. I was shocked that I like the songs that are still album tracks more than the singles.

This album has been EXTREMELY solid. I am at the end of Good Love. I can't believe that it wasn't based on a sample. Therefore, this song is a CLASSIC. This is one of Mary's strongest songs and T.I. sounds RIDICULOUS. I think I will put it on my New Year's Eve party playlist with The One. Good work, Mary. All my queens delivered this year!

LOL!!! I AM is a rip off of Mariah's WBT. This is the 3rd or 4th time Mary tried to steal Mariah's WBT formula.

Reports that Mary and Kendu were fighting at her album release party in NYC @ M2. I heard on E! News that she slapped him in the face for gawking at a hot waitress. A girl gotsta keep that man under control.

Girl, you smell GOOD! What's that, Gucci? LOL. Get it, MJB!
Ego, right now, I think I like GP a LITTLE more than Stronger... but Breakthrough had filler for me so I like this better than Breakthrough. In the video, I saw Mary slap Kendu and then him push her. The lady's face nearby was PRICELESS. She was like get me away from this ghetto love. Kendu and Mary love each other but she clearly has trust issues, unfounded or founded. If they break up, watch all the people complaining about how boring Mary has been love her again because she will be pouring her heart out, ala My Life. smh.

I like "Kitchen" a lot too. I listened to the album a couple of days ago. I like "I Am", "The One", "Each Tear", and "Color." This is one of those albums that will grow on me with additional listens.

Alright, Ego...my points have gone down for you, for sure. A) Keyshia will NEVER have the legacy that MJB has. She can sell all her food stamps and welfare checks and still won't be able to buy even a 1/10 of the respect that Mary has earned through the years, nor the sales. B) Susan Boyle, due to her massive hype that doesn't seem to be dying down, especially around the holiday season, is outselling EVERYONE. If Michael Jackson came back to life, put out a new album tomorrow, she would probably outsell that.

I don't know much about the Kendu incident. Mary J. is not one of my fave singers, but I don't understand some of the hate or disrespect towards her. If you look at sales alone, she is one of the most consistent R&B songstresses of the past 2 decades. Each CD has garnered AT LEAST Platinum sales with many netting Double or Triple Platinum. She has had solid crossover/Pop hits and a buttload of Urban/R&B successes. Mary has been in the game for 17 years now and is 38 years old, so it is understandable that she may not be at the peak commercially; although she is giving these youngins a run for their money. Why is she being compared to Keyshia? Of course, Keyshia may SEEM a little more relevant taken that she just came out 4 years ago. Let's check back with her in 2019 and see where she is. Then, we can compare 2019 Keyshia to 2009 Mary. That would be the most fair. To even it up, let's compare 2009 Keyshia to 1996 Mary. By that time, she produced the 3x Platinum What's the 411? and the 3x Platinum My Life. 1993's What's the 411 Remix went Gold. She had 3 solo R&B #1's, 3 other R&B top ten's. Not bad, comparatively!
