Quick Cuts Update 343 spins (+4) Bullet 57 (-9) Audience 1.716 (+.035) I'm pretty sure the 58 spins yesterday are a new high. I'm cautiously optimistic. Just way too many positive signs to ignore.

Quick Cuts Update
355 spins (+12) Bullet 62 (+5)) Audience 1.692 (-.024)
Loses some audience but gaining spins. Maybe this will crack the top 50 after all.

I'm estimating when the new chart comes out today, that FFL will have: 323 Spins +67 Bullet The way I come to my estimation is removing WJBQ and WPRT numbers from Quick Cut. I know they are no longer monitored. Maybe it will reach top 50 by Sunday? Boise out of nowhere spun it 4 times yesterday.

I think it's possibly he could reach top 50, but there are others behind him catching up. Fray already passed him so if there are no changes below him, he's sitting at #54. Unfortunately, David Guetta, Ashley Tisdale, Evan Taubenfeld and even Soulja Boy are right behind him which could plunge him into the high #50's with a bullet.

I think we'll have a better guess when UTR releases the chart later today. It's true though that there is a ton of competition. Fortunately, the top 50 is pretty weak right now.

Quick Cut Data:
355 spins (+0) Bullet 53 (-9) Audience 1.63 (-.062) - I had 1.681 for yesterday but the one posted above is 1.692?
Anyways, not a great spin day but it is the Sirius and KRCK effect. Tomorrow will be a better day.

Tomorrow will be a better day. He actually picked up at least 3 spins, because WJBQ and WPRT don't count from the Quick Cut. WJBQ had 23 spins and WPRT was missing, so they are under 7. By estimation he is 23 spins from the #50 spot. Today seems really good so far. Sirius has picked up it seems, and he got new spins from Charleston, SC and Memphis, TN A lot of radio station appearances next week, so I think we see top 50 sometime next week. BTW: Biloxi has picked up lately and should be an auto add on Tuesday.

I've been reading/listening to Elliott's interviews of late, and I think he needs to tone down the "state of Radio" bashing rants a bit. While I agree with him 1 Million percent, it does him no good to complain...and it could actually harm him. But I'm sure he thinks it can't get any worse, lol.

The FFL Video debuts at #17 on the VH1 countdown this week
He picked up at least 5 spins yesterday. It's hard to measure just how many exactly from the quick cut. I didn't expect it, because last Friday he had Palm Springs spinning it like crazy. They also gave 11 spins on Saturday, so tomorrow's update might not look the best. Hopefully there is now enough new growth to counteract most of that.

Overnights this morning were not as great as yesterday so don't be surprised if it drops tomorrow.

2 chances to be in the top 50 once Ciara and Fall Out Boy are (hopefully) purged. This has to be in.

Yes, no other songs should be purged nor can be sent to recurrent status this week.

Yes, no other songs should be purged nor can be sent to recurrent status this week. So if it is #52 right now, it makes the top 50 today. Besides Jordin, how many songs do we think/know about that are ahead of him? I'd check quick cut if I had song IDs. Mediabase completely sucks for doing this to us.

They should release the second single now for the sake of the album.

They should release the second single now for the sake of the album. You're crazy. FFL is nowhere near dead. WFY was really slow too. I think it goes along with being on an indie label. FFL is really close to entering the top 50. It's going to be a slow grower, but it's nowhere near dead. FFL gained 3 spins yesterday and the AI is easily top 50. Let's see what tomorrow brings. Biloxi is an auto add. Hopefully he scores some surprises. Even if they released Know Better now, which everyone says will be a big hit, radio will still be hesitant. The problem isn't the song, the problem is big labels have way more pull with radio than they should be allowed.

This has had its best day ever today, and its during a holiday Stations that haven't played it for months are back. Stations that only spun it overnight have moved to daytime.
Hopefully this is a sign that he is looking at a very very good adds day tomorrow.

Major news yesterday
WLAN first spin in a while KHOP first evening spin KJYO first evening spin WHBQ afternoon spin KZMG spun it 3 times last night
This on a holiday too. Despite what the chart shows now, FFL is gaining. It should enter the top 50 some time this week.
